Self-storage units are purpose built units in which to store virtually anything you want; from fish tanks, surf boards, seasonal decorations, furniture and office equipment. Each separate unit is lockable and you will be a key holder (sole key holder for 24 hour access units only).

It’s easy, you can set up a direct debit or pay by debit/credit card. Then you can forget about reminders, it’s all in hand.
We invoice customers either on a weekly or monthly basis, payable in advance.
No. You just start paying from when you wish to start using your unit, equivalent to one month’s rent.
When you leave us, providing you leave your unit as it was when you arrived, and you have given us 7 days written notice, there is nothing further to pay.
Invoices are emailed to you 2 weeks before the beginning of your next storage term and we take payment only on the date of this next storage term.
- Living materials; such as animals and plants.
- Hazardous items; such as flammable liquids or explosives.
- Toxic substances.
- Chemicals (including and especially any oxidizing agents).
- LPG cylinders (full or empty) or any other compressed gases.
- All lithium batteries.
- Any paints, thinners, petrol or oil.
- Items that can decompose; such as any foodstuffs.
- Unauthorised or illegal goods; such as firearms or ammunition, and illegal drugs.
If you are any doubt about the storage of any item(s) please ask Peaks Storehouse Manager for clarification BEFORE placing any item(s) into your storage unit.
NB: Customs and police have statutory rights enabling them to visit your unit.

It’s not necessary to pre-book. However, to be guaranteed a specific sized unit, we would advise you to book your unit in advance. It is recommended to check availability by email or phone prior to visiting.

Yes! We can help move your stuff into your unit at the storehouse, subject to labour charges.

You need to bring a form of photo ID, a utility bill with your address on it, payment details, proof of insurance and, for 24-hour clients, a padlock (don’t worry if you forget this, you can buy one from us).
